Japanese rules, 6.5 komi, 30 min SD, 5 rounds Swiss.

14 programs participated. ShiraiKurogo is new. To avoid byes, GNU Go was invited to play.

In the 1st round, Aya lost to GNU Go. Everyone was afraid GNU Go would win. But in the final (5th) round, Gogataki beat GNU Go.

Since the CGF meeting was scheduled for the same day, we only had time for five rounds in the 19×19 tournament.
