Date by which copies of programs must have been received.

Note that these need not be the final versions of the programs. Entrants may later substitute a stronger program. The organisers assume that the any substituted program will have the same interface as the one originally submitted.

Competitors meet in Zen Restaurant, Oriental City, 399 Edgware Road for meal to welcome them to the event.

The Oriental City (formerly the Yaohan Plaza) is a large building containing East Asian shops and restaurants. The Zen restaurant is on the top floor.

Sunday November 22nd
